Our Story
The journey behind Pilgrims of Life® — an Islamic board game inspired by Hajj, created to bring spirituality, reflection, and meaningful connection into Muslim homes.
As someone who spent many Eids away from family due to work and studies, I longed for deeper joy, spirituality, and connection during this sacred time.
When I became pregnant with my first child, I felt a responsibility to pass on the heritage of Hajj and Eid traditions to the next generation. That was the moment everything changed.
With simple craft supplies and a printer, I created the first prototype of what would become an Islamic educational board game about Hajj. It was meant to teach rituals — but more importantly, to open conversations.
The whole family loved it. They encouraged me to turn it into something real.
Years later, Pilgrims of Life® was born as a minimalist, modern Islamic family board game — a decor piece for your home and a meaningful Eid activity.
More than a game, it is a space for reflection, storytelling, laughter, and shared growth inspired by the pilgrimage of Hajj.
