Shipping and Pre-order policy

By placing any order or any pre-order for products sold and distributed by pilgrimsoflife.com you (the Customer) agree to this Shipping and Pre-order policy as well as our Terms of Service.

What is a pre-order?
The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in advance to make sure you receive it from the new production batch before it is sold out. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse.

Shipping times for pre-ordered items
Pre-ordered items ship when the production is ready. It will be a 3-5 weeks wait (production time) before any shipment can be made. Shipment will then be performed based on the chosen option (standard or express shipping). We ask customers to be patient in case of any production or shipping delays. 

Payment
Payment is required at the time of the purchase. The total amount of the order will be charged at check-out.
