Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing a board game from our store. We hope that you enjoy playing it as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make that process as easy and transparent as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your board game purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your board game must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pilgrimsoflife.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the cost of shipping for the return will be your responsibility.

Once we receive your returned board game, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide you with an exchange for a different board game of equal value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
